The only people I talk about losing weight with are my husband, my sister, and my best friend. They all are in the same boat as I am, so I don't feel like I'm being judged. I'm a private person anyway so I don't feel like everyone needs to know about everything I do.

I'm also 7 weeks pregnant and trying to be healthy. My stomach looks huge because of all the bloating and it's hard to get exercise in because I'm exhausted every day. The struggle is real!

I've had several high stress jobs in the past, and trust me when I say that it will not get better until you get a new job. Right now you just need to focus on your mental health. Keep applying for jobs. Good luck!

Do you have a food scale? I've found that by weighing my food, I was really surprised to see that some of the things I eat are way more caloric per serving than I thought.

I struggle with depression as well, and I know all too well about those days where you can't make yourself get up and do anything. Depression sucks all of the energy from you.
