  • Yes to all three!
  • Exercise - yes! Under calories - yes! Tracked everything - yes! Off to a great start 😁
  • Good morning! I stayed AF yesterday and I got 8500 steps in. My goal was 10,000 but by 8pm I was exhausted and the baby was asleep on me, so moving was not an option lol. Feeling good today! 🥳
  • Hi all! Joining in a little late. I just had a wine filled weekend and I'm not feeling good about it. It makes me cranky, anxious, and just blah. I'm sick of the guilt and annoyance I feel the next day at myself. My plan is to check in every day and be AF the rest of November. ❤️
  • Mom of a 3 year old and 1 year old here! I'm not a SAHM but I too struggle with finding the time and energy to lose weight. I definitely need some friends to keep me motivated!
  • I tried it for a few months and managed to lose 12 pounds, but then I stalled. I'm back here because I haven't been progressing at all. The coaching wasn't that great. I did like the behavior articles and being a part of a group. I wouldn't say it was worth the amount I paid for it though.
  • Good morning everyone! I was on the July board but not August. I'm ready for a September reset. I had a bout of food poisoning this weekend ans my stomach is just not wanting much of anything, especially alcohol. 🤢 Plus I always feel better physically and emotionally when I'm not drinking. I also am impressed with my…
  • I wake up at 4:30, get the kids to daycare and myself to work by 6:30, and I'm home around 4pm. I take two 15 minute walks at work when I have time to, and I also work out at home. I'll do yoga or Zumba videos mostly. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old, so finding time can be tight, plus if they're in a clingy mood it's…
  • Good morning everyone! I've been on a beer kick the past few nights. I'm not usually much of a beer drinker, but when my pumping output is a little less than normal, beer will kick it back up! I'm going to the beach in a week, so I plan to be AF until then. I am so ready for a vacation.
  • Yes, same! It's a habit that just packs on the calories.
  • Starting day 1! I'm so with you on this.
  • Thank you! I needed to hear this today.
  • Good morning, everyone! I had a few drinks yesterday evening. I plan on being AF this weekend. I really want to get in as many workouts as I can. I've been AF 16 out of 20 days this month.
  • Hi all! I've been AF 16 days out of 19 so far this month. Feeling a bit down on myself today because the way I look in my head is not at all how I look in pictures. I just feel huge and I hate it. I'm eating extra calories because I'm breastfeeding and if I eat less, my milk supply drops. I'm hoping in a few more months I…
  • By the way, I love how supportive everyone in this thread is. No one ever makes you feel bad or guilty for having some drinks. We just pick ourselves up and keep going! I'm grateful for you all.
  • Hi everyone! Checking in. I did drink both Saturday and yesterday, but I spaced them out and did pretty well with it. My next goal is to be AF through the rest of July. We're going to the beach early August, and I haven't decided yet whether or not I'll be AF. I'm thinking I will. I never drink as much on vacation as I do…
  • Checking in! I was planning on going the whole month AF, but I decided to have a few drinks yesterday. I've been AF for the past 2 weeks and plan on being AF for the next 2.
  • Today is day 9 of no alcohol. I almost gave in and had a drink yesterday, but I'm so glad I didn't. Weekends are hard because the kids are home all day and let's face it, they can be stressful. I really admire stay at home moms because that's a tough job taking care of little tyrants all day! 😂 @MissMay Sorry to hear about…
  • Hi everyone! I'm on day 7 of no alcohol and feeling good. My husband has also been cutting back which is awesome! It's so much easier to not drink when your spouse is not drinking either. I had a great holiday because I stayed home and did NOTHING and it was glorious! I'm always on the go, so it was so nice to just stay…
  • @MissMay I LOVE kombucha! Such a good alternative to drinking. Brew Dr. is my favorite brand so far. Today begins day 2 of being alcohol free! So I was feeling some heavy emotions yesterday and worked through it. I made a commitment to myself to do a yoga video before bed every night this month and I really wanted to go to…
  • @ItsAJourny I definitely understand how you feel! My in-laws drink a lot so every time we go over there, alcohol is always involved. We used to live in walking distance but now we live an hour away, so I can use the excuse of being the designated driver. I also have a baby and a toddler so someone has to be responsible for…
  • Hi everyone! I'm needing some support and I hope this is the place to find it. I'm in my 30s now and alcohol just doesn't sit the same way lol! Stomach pains, reflux, etc. Here's to a sober, healthy month. :)
  • Same here! I feel sooo much better when I don't drink. It's really hard to stay away though since my husband drinks every day (two beers weekdays, more on weekends) and as many times as I've told him not to offer me anything or that I'm trying to quit, it's like he doesn't listen. :/ So trying to resist a drink when…

  • First of all, congratulations on your new babies! I just had my second baby in August. I definitely understand the body image issues. I have not lost all the weight, and my stomach is big and saggy. I still look pregnant! It's can really be disheartening some days, but I have to remind myself to be kind to myself. We grew…
  • Congratulations on your new baby! I hope for a speedy recovery for you! I have an almost 3 year old and a 5 month old. I've never had a C-section, so I can't really advise you much on that aspect. From everything I've read, breastfeeding mamas need about 500 extra calories a day to keep up milk supply. That's what I've…
  • Hi! I have an almost 3 year old and a 5 month old. Feel free to add me!
  • Hi all! I'll be 31 in a few months. I have an almost 3 year old and a 5 month old. I'm about 35-40 pounds heavier than I was pre-babies, and back then I was trying to lose 10 pounds forever. Feel free to add me! I spent basically all of my twenties wanting to lose weight and I never got serious about it. I'm ready now!
