• DAY 7 of EPIC I | DUMBBELL LOWER BODY 40 min – Leg killer. Acc. to the watch 339 kcal burnt and 644 fitness points which is normally to much for a strength training. I get the same amount of fitness points for approx. 5km run. But my heart was pumping heavily. Today found out that Caroline Girvan issued a new program “EPIC Endgame”. Sounds terrific
• Walking in the rain 3.31 km in 0:34:25 (5.76 km/h)

A tough accolade to get.
I sort of fell off the wagon in the last few days of January. I don't think I actually went massively over but I stopped tracking for a few days. I'm back though. I always give up processed sugar in February so day 1 today.
Yes x3 today. Yoga. Although I wanted to go for a run but couldn't find my headphones and I can't run without headphones and podcasts distracting me from the fact I'm running. I'm glad I did something though.13 -

I was at my daughters’ last night and came home midday, so only a short bike ride down to the shops this afternoon but I have completed several short cardio routines and clocked up over 12,000 steps.

CONGRATS to all who survived January what a long cold rough month but we all did it now on to February may everyone be successful by your own definition.
I have some goals for the month I do hope to be successful, one to increase my water, to walk a indoor program or just walk in the house and around the yard if it’s too cold to actually go for a walk. Today I did “house walk but also did 6 large loads of firewood we let the pile go down and then came the cold! I tracked and logged obviously ate back my exercise calories. An office day tomorrow in preparation for another storm 8-12” maybe they will be wrong so hopefully I can do some office walking maybe even an outdoor walk as it is suppose to be in the 40’s temperature swing!! Today was over11,000 steps. 0/3 pass days.7 -

Yes x3. The blizzard last night didn’t bring a lot of snow, but the winds caused some pretty good drifts. Did 45 minutes of shovelling today. Functional cardio. Also yoga this evening.9 -

@mshawski Yes ma'am, it certainly is a thing! For me, that "hangover" feeling only lasted a day or two. But since I've been gluten free, whenever I have the smallest amount of gluten (usually "hidden" in something), I won't be able to sleep at night. I rarely have trouble sleeping, but I can always tell when I eat something that has hidden gluten in it..... my body can sure tell!! Sometimes it's even made my heart race.... but the sleep thing happens to me every time. It's crazy frustrating!7 -

😁Exercise:Yes, 20 minutes on treadmill and tons of walking in the classroom. Several dance breaks in class. Fitbit says-81 active minutes.
😁Under calorie goal and logging everything: Yes! Even with my sweet tooth today and running out the door before making breakfast.
