β’ DAY 7 of EPIC I | DUMBBELL LOWER BODY 40 min β Leg killer. Acc. to the watch 339 kcal burnt and 644 fitness points which is normally to much for a strength training. I get the same amount of fitness points for approx. 5km run. But my heart was pumping heavily. Today found out that Caroline Girvan issued a new program βEPIC Endgameβ. Sounds terrific

A tough accolade to get.
I sort of fell off the wagon in the last few days of January. I don't think I actually went massively over but I stopped tracking for a few days. I'm back though. I always give up processed sugar in February so day 1 today.
Yes x3 today. Yoga. Although I wanted to go for a run but couldn't find my headphones and I can't run without headphones and podcasts distracting me from the fact I'm running. I'm glad I did something though.13 -

I was at my daughtersβ last night and came home midday, so only a short bike ride down to the shops this afternoon but I have completed several short cardio routines and clocked up over 12,000 steps.

CONGRATS to all who survived January what a long cold rough month but we all did it now on to February may everyone be successful by your own definition.
I have some goals for the month I do hope to be successful, one to increase my water, to walk a indoor program or just walk in the house and around the yard if itβs too cold to actually go for a walk. Today I did βhouse walk but also did 6 large loads of firewood we let the pile go down and then came the cold! I tracked and logged obviously ate back my exercise calories. An office day tomorrow in preparation for another storm 8-12β maybe they will be wrong so hopefully I can do some office walking maybe even an outdoor walk as it is suppose to be in the 40βs temperature swing!! Today was over11,000 steps. 0/3 pass days.7 -
