Ran on what should have been a rest day because it was warmer than it has been and I wanted to get a run in outside before the ice descends upon NY on Friday.
I promise not to whine about going GF all that much, but like… I was not expecting my soy sauce to have wheat in it and my BBQ sauce to be off limits. I’m Like Oprah with Sriracha sauce over here this week as it’s the only GF condiment I apparently own.

@mshawski I laughed out loud when I read your post. I continue to be amazed at all the things that wheat is in! I think that they add it to products (like soy sauce and cream of mushroom soup), BECAUSE it's so addictive!!!! 😡🗯4 -

@mshawski Kikkoman makes a gluten free soy sauce though I usually use Tamari since it's gluten free. I haven't noticed any difference from regular soy sauce. I've used the coconut aminos but I don't find them as satisfactory though they are a decent alternative for those who do Paleo/W30.
I get quite frustrated with food shopping. Even something as simple as dried fruit often has sugar or oil added which I don't want.5 -

Exercise- yes! 20 minutes on the treadmill walking. Today I was a bit sore and had to push myself to get on it. Glad I did
Tracking- got it all in there, under budget. Still feeling like I have a sweet tooth trying to sabotage me.
Calories- right on target 🎯. I am adding a protein shake to my mornings.
