It does get easier because yes, you are getting more fit and strong each day. I'm nearing the end of my 30DS regime and I can tell that while it may not be easy yet it certainly is better than the first week. :) Stop stressing!

lol - The hubs and I were talking about this last night actually. He definitely is fighting his own demons. It's just that our trigger foods are different. I can't understand his not eating all the chips and he can't understand my not getting into the Skinny Cows. He has to literally stop himself from eating the entire box…

Thanks! I think for the time-being I'm going to keep the house salty snack clean and when I feel ready to incorporate the foods back into my diet then I'll have to portion control. Probably for the rest of forever. :grumble: Bottom line. Sigh.

My "normal" routine: Work until 4:30 Last snack is generally around 3:30 (something with protein to tide me over- cottage cheese, cheese stick, protein drink) Home by 4:40 Popping in the JM DVD by 5:00 and done by 5:30 Dinner prep and eat Generally leave on the walk with the dog around 7:30-ish. Ooo. Poutine. I was in Ottawa quite a few years ago and it was DIVINE (and, um, hello, maybe like 1500 calories at a minimum.) Had some locally (Michigan) this year and just a big disappointment. Is it wrong to want to travel just to eat yummy foods???
