I'm 5'6" and my goal is 150. (Well, really 145 but I'm being realistic about just how crazy I plan on being.) I picked the number somewhat arbitrarily in that I'm hoping to feel good about myself and feel healthy at that weight. Time will tell!

Like others have said, not an option. I tell myself the night before that I will be getting up to work out the next morning and then just do it. (Doesn't mean that it's easy!) Wow - that's fan-frickin'-tastic on inches lost! Literally just over the weekend I told my husband that while I want to lose weight I'm more into losing inches and so that's my focus from here on out. Measuring every 2 weeks! Woop!
