Good job everyone! I had my first 2 DVD day today and it was brutal! Lower Body Focus plus Cardio (which is a fair amount of lower body focus in and of itself.) I finished 30DS on Wednesday and need to take my "after" photos yet. Will try to do so after work today. I lost 5.75" all over, including 1.5" off my stomach and 1.5" off my hips. I'm really pleased. My dog (The Murph) is so used to me getting up at 5:30 to do my DVDs and then walk him that even on rest days he wakes me up so I figure, "Well, might as well take him - I'm awake." :-/

Happens to me too. Last spring I was 8 pounds from my GW and got totally burnt out and complacent about the whole mess. I didn't get back on it until I realized I was now 18 pounds away from GW. Crap and crap. I've been back on it for a solid 6 weeks and feeling better - this time I am determined to not lose steam.
