I had the same problem with some Pilates exercises while I was still strengthening my core. It can help to focus on keeping your gaze up toward the ceiling, since it will encourage you not to bend your neck as much when you're lifting your shoulders off the ground.

This whole thread is NOT OKAY. You are sexualizing this poor woman who just wanted to work out. It makes me exceedingly uncomfortable to see that so many men are talking about her clothes and her machine choice being some kind of invitation. We can and should be able to wear whatever we want to the gym. Whether we find the…

Forgive yourself and move forward! Drink a lot of water, eat some fresh fruit or veggies and be proud that you didn't let a few mistakes derail your progress. Good luck!!

Great idea! Good luck! You might even beat it.

I have had years of experience dealing with emotional eating. Frankly, I'm still dealing with it. I fell off the wagon earlier this week - I'm still working on holding back when I feel stressed or anxious. But I decided not to beat myself up and just get back on the horse. And surprisingly, I feel great about it - I may not lose anything this week, but I'm proud of myself for not letting failure defeat me. Hope this…

Today I'll stay on track because I'm working on building good habits.

I went to the office pantry when I wasn't hungry, just tired, and picked up a mini candy bar. Then I put it down and walked away.

I love to "try on" colors on OPI's website. All the satisfaction of using ALL THE COLORS, while really preparing for one or two ;) http://www.opi.com/

It's hard, but 25 pounds sounds like a ton of progress to me! I'm super impressed by it. And there's always this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FKCnHWas3HQ

Rock on! I also have a hard time saying no to sweets, especially if they're right in front of me.

I want to stay committed! I have been on and off all summer (usually I go off when things are stressful, like moving time) and I want to keep logging and not get discouraged if I fail.
