Me too... 85 is much 'cooler' than 100 before sunset! From time to time I run inside at the gym track. Night runs help me sleep well, also.

3 of my toe nails did this when I first started running. They were no longer attached underneath only along the side and bottom edges of the skin... What's your weight lifting routine? I'm running and want to start to add some weight lifting but not sure where to start... I'm 5'9, started at 160 and I'm at 150 now but having trouble losing midsection weight by just eating right and running 3 miles 3x per week. Any advise is appreciated!!!
