Unfortunately, peanut butter is going to have a lot of calories no matter what, but it IS good for you. I recommend to only buy organic peanut butter (or just any peanut butter that the ingredients say peanuts, peanut oil, salt).

You really need to eat SOMETHING. Even if it is just munching on celery while you are winding down. If you are that hungry, your body obviously needs some food.

If I drink soda at all it is only regular soda. Aspartame is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO bad for you; much worse than sugar.

You probably are gaining muscle faster than losing fat. I would say for a little while only eat half of your exercise calories.

I LOVE italian dressing, but am very picky about the ones that I like. I don't even buy bottles from the store anymore, I make the mixes that they sell in the store. This way, I can adjust how much oil and how much vinegar I like in the dressing.

Italian or any other style of vinegarette have a lot less calories than ranch.

I have been doing Jazzercise for over a year now. Though I never had back rolls, my back has never looked better than it has since I have been doing Jazzercise. They work every muscle in your body. After your first class, muscles you didn't even know you had will be hurting you.

If you have been really good with what you eat and haven't really fallen off the wagon at all, I would say have a splurge day or two and then go back to your eating habits. Sometimes it helps to shock your body a little bit.

Broccoli is good because that is one of thos foods that you can eat a ton of and not consume too many calories.

Yeah, it hurts your calorie counts, but your body needs those calories to help replenish the blood that you lost. I wouldn't worry about your calories for today, get lots of sleep tonight, and get back on the wagon tomorrow.

Once you get used to drinking larger amounts of water, your body will get used to it and you won't be using the bathroom quite as often.

This diet is not a gimmick; the only thing is with diets like that is that you have to make it a lifestyle choice. If you are willing to make the lifestyle choice, then it will be very beneficial for you.

If you do the chinese, ask if they can cook whatever you want in a white sauce. Brown sauces are made with sugar, white sauce is a healthier alternative.

Keep in mind, splurging every so often sometimes helps weight loss!

They didn't have anybody on there like me. I then selected my weight with larger clothing sizes and they looked a WHOLE LOT larger than I do.

When I lost the weight I mentioned earlier, I lost a majority of it in three months and had no problems.

If you notice a fluctuation in weight during that time of the month, I would say definitely change it to a different Saturday.

I can almost definitely tell you NO. In the past I went from 160 to 135 and my body looked fabulous!!!

If you are crafty, I would suggest to make something with the fabric from the pants and sell them on www.etsy.com. This will help you make a little extra money to buy new pants.
