@dnamouse , yeah, I hear ya! that's all I feel like I have time for... I mean if I want to have a life that is. I work 10-11 hours a day, and by the time I'm out of work I only have a few hours before bed and I want some ME time!

Right on, everyone! I find it super hard to workout in the cold, and I find my workouts are so much shorter than in the summer. Crazy how much of an effect the weather can have on us! Will power! We can do it!!!

Such a good question! The same thing happens to me, and i've been maintaining for awhile now. I shouldn't say I get numb, but I'm ALWAYS chilly and need an extra sweater.

I don't think you should make it your goal to "be hungry at the end of the night" ...because that's kind of similar to starving yourself. :/ but I think if you've reached your caloric limit for the day, and say you just worked out or something, so youre a little hungry, there is no harm in that. but i wouldnt TRY to be…

thank you @chasing185 ! i actually posted another blog when i had lost appx 17 lbs wiht pictures not too long ago, and i thought you could see a difference even in the three pounds after THAT, so that's why i posted another blog. :)

1200 a day, plus eating back whatever i worked out! i tried to run, because that burned calories the quickest. so i would do that off and on wakling until i burned 300-400 calories. or some days i would just walk and try to burn 300 calories. walk on incline. and i ride my bike a lot!
