Since I have been trying to lose weight I eat a smoothie in the morning and it usually lasts until 11 or so before I get hungry. I eat at around 6:30 in the morning. My goals for June are to get under 200 lbs, go to the gym 3 days a week, and walk more often. I have 10 lbs to go to get under 200.

They say for every 20 pounds lost you go down a pant size. There could some fluctuation I guess. Maybe you have lost it in the upper body first. My chest always gets smaller first. Are the pants getting looser in the legs maybe but not the waist? Annette

I gained my by stress eating, depressions, eating too big of portions. I am on the go all the time, and just have to stop at the convenience store for an ice tea. I usually come out with more than the ice tea. I have changed that, and got my doctor calling me all the time seeing how I am doing. I've now lost 23 pounds even…

But you lost 4 pounds. That is better than nothing. I know what you mean, I don't seem to lose it as fast as I would like, and I have so much to lose. Keep trying and keep tracking what you eat. It will work eventually. Make sure you eat enough or you body goes into starvation mode and slows your weight loss. Annette
