i do this and add cheese, then dip in sauce. but i use real full fat cheese and full fat pepperoni because fat is yummy.

it's funny. before joining this site, i would have never though anything other than less than 50 grams a day is low carb, haha. the goal for me is ketosis. (fat burning) and most people can get that by restricting carbs to less than 20-50 grams a day.

2 weeks is pretty long. to get into ketosis! i eat about 20 grams a day and (now that my body is used to it) takes less than 48 hours. when i first started i think 4 days was the max it ever took. the more i go in/out of ketosis the faster my body adapts. one high carb meal can certainly kick you out of ketosis (and make…
