It does not ruin my day by any means. I just need to stop weighning myself every day......i also need to figure out my eating.....i have been stuck at 174 for a year now great it has not gone up but it sucks that i am still at that weight.....and i work out so it has to be with my food.

thank you....i have even taken my scale out of the bathroom but find myself getting it and taking it to the bathroom.....i have a problem....im obcessed i wonder if my obcession is hindering my weight loss

My calorie intake in 1200 per MFP i workout every day but not the same things.....my eating well i et good on the weekdays the weekends i tend to miss breakfast and dont eat as much

How do you add sodium to your tracker....you can look at my diary and tell me what you think......im just really lost and confused with this.....grrr

My plan to acheive this 10 lb goal is to stick to the 1200 calorie /day hit the gym at least 4 times a week....when im not at the gym do workouts at home ( jillian micheals videos or biggest loser). Continue driniking water and stay positive. Hopefully that works for me i keep bouncing between 171 and 174 every three days…

I am very inspired by you right now.....you did something I only wish I could....post pictures of me in a bathing suite....i took pictures of me in one this weekend and sent them to my mom...she never responded....so i called her and she said she could not download them....lol My hats off to you!!!!!!!

Well I have been at 174 for a year now. Stuck!!!! I started at 236 Jan 2011 (that was my weight when I checked in at the hospital to have my son). Oh your not alone!!!. I have dropped from 236 to 173.2 and still see myself 236. If I look at a picture of me then and now I see that difference but I still look HUGE. I know I have changed a lot but it's still what I see. Actually I am still big for my height I am only 5 1 so 173 is still big.

You look amazing! Great job and awesome accomplishment. I am 5 1 and need to drop another 40-45 lbs. I have the 30 day shred but I am the type that gets burned out on the same workout. So I joined a gym this week. First night is tonight. Hopefully I will see some results.

I watch the Biggest Looser and I enjoy it. I am watching all the old season again on Netflix. I dont see it as oh thats me i can do it. I dont get discouraged.
