Look into carb loading. It is possible to add muscle and loose fat. Also look into HIIT training for cardio instead of running on the treadmill for 45 minutes. I do jump rope or jumping jacks in between each set to keep my heart rate up. HIIT burns more fat over a longer period of time as opposed to long periods of cardio…
