I'm getting ChaLEAN Extreme afterwards too! And yes, I agree about the Sculpt 30, but I did really enjoy Tone 30 when I did it. The moves in Sculpt 30 though are awkward and I definitely don't feel like I'm doing them right, I have thought about just using free weights instead of the band, I don't feel like I get enough…

45 EZ class is up tonight after work. This one wears me out, i like the HIIT workouts much better! Hopefully I wont have to rest at all tonight! Where are you guys at?

I don't have a heart rate monitor so I just log mine under kickboxing, so I'm not sure exactly how accurate it is. My knees get a little sore too, I try to focus really hard on pivoting like she says, but it's difficult with sneakers on carpet. Hey guys!! Rest day today, which I needed!! I'm finally starting to get the moves down a little better. I'm sooooo grateful because I was starting to get really discouraged and wanted to give up. I just kept telling myself to push through it and now I'm showing a lot of improvement! DONT GIVE UP GUYS!!!
