Hey everyone! Level 2 Day 2 for a total of day 12 done!! Woop, woop! I do think I like level 2 better than level 1 I must say. However, I still despise a couple moves in there as well, how are all of you doing?

So crazy that you gained 3 pounds!! I hope you took measurements as well. Don't be scared of Level 2, it's not THAT bad, the moves are broken up and kind of fun, definitely sweat a lot more tho! I'm so happy for you for pushing through! Have a nice weekend!

Well, I did Level 2 today, it was...... different! Definitely a bit more challenging, but I felt like the moves were a little bit more fun! Definitely more ab work in there this time, some of the moves were a little awkward, like the second strength circuit called pendulum lunges or something. I'm not altogether very…

UPDATE!! Finished Level 1 this morning, nervous as hell for level 2 tomorrow, but fricken thrilled that I'm 1/3 of the way done to finishing this challenge! Keep at it girls, we are getting CLOSER!!!!

Yes indeed Level 1 is on youtube, Soma you don't need much room at all, if you can get into position to do a push up you have enough room. Just push all that stuff to the other side of the room!!

Finished day 9 Level 1 this morning, I'm nervous to start level 2 on Friday!! I feel as though I'm getting better at those god awful anterior raises with side lunges. Man I hate those! Just a couple more weeks guys, getting closer every day!! My arms could use a good rubbing!!

I completely agree here. It's a good thing to WANT to help them, as said prior just be very delicate about how you address it. Giving them information about how you're doing and them seeing how excited and happy you are with yourself may motivate them. Just keep trying new things until something works!

Even if you have to rest for a few seconds just keep pushing, you can do it, just remember its only 20 minutes! Then all done! You can do it!!

Well, here's my weekly report. Day 8 complete this morning, less rest times necessary and am able to do more repetitions! I also weighed in this morning and after one week am down 2.6lbs!! I was surprised to see such a high number considering I was down 5 lbs last week. Hope you guys are having success as well, good luck…
