  • I'm 5'4, 5'5 on a good day lol. CW 205, but I'm looking to be around 150 and then go from there. If I want to be thinner when I get there I think I'll go for it. But yea, I don't remember the last time I weighed 150. So right now my goal is to get bak in the ONE hundreds
  • My boobs fit back into my bras! And I can now wear one of my old ones which couldn't "support me" for the past year or so. :D
  • I do this too actually. If I feel like snacking I try to go for water instead. I have a candy bowl too with fun sized candy that usually cures my sweet tooth as well. Since they're bite sized they don't usually sabotage my calorie goals but they cure my cravings if I have on or 2 pieces. I also try not to hang out near my…
  • lolz i like that stunt double idea. but i think eating/ drinking pre party is a little more on my budget. i have another grad party today (tis the season i guess!) so i'll try to keep those in mind. Thanks Y'all!
  • I'm not any kind of expert, but I think if you're over on your protein you'll be totally fine. I've read a few places that most people don't take in enough protein on a regular basis anyway. I think going over in that area is alright. It's one of my splurge areas at least (well when it happens).
