oh, and forgot to mention boerenkool met worst. Kale has been a dutch staple forever and now is the vegetable go to for vitamins. Mind you ours was mixed with mashed potatoes, butter and the best sausage ever!

How much sugar do you put in your tea? At 15 calories per teaspoon it's not huge, unless you drink it all day:) Maybe try using just a pinch less every week until it is next to nothing. I went from double cream in my coffee to black over a period of time and am still in shock that I drink it black now.

I don't think so. I had a look at the the nutrition labels on line. Check the protein number on the nutrition label on the box. If it is 4 grams (for example), no meat is included. If it says 26 grams (or so), then the meat is added in.

There is probably a jarred pasta sauce with the same amount of calories as V8 and you'd enjoy it more. Just check the labels.

You've got it backwards. You need to eat what you are burning and add it to you daily amount. So MFP is right. Also, if you are on maintenance, you need to add more calories to stay where you are or you will keep losing weight.

Thanks for the recipes, Kelly. I imagine 2 stuffed peppers would be considered one dinner, considering we need 6-8 oz protein at dinner, or do you have one plus something else?

I didn't actually stop, but started drinking 3 cups of water first thing in the morning. Made a big difference.
