Great job! It is tough! I just came back from a 7 night cruise as well (a week ago) and was pleased to have only put on 5 pounds that is steadily disappearing. We were on deck one and walked the 8 flights all but 3 times. Took the elevator twice with luggage and once because we were on a time crunch. Calves were sure…

First thing in the morning for me. I find I have more energy through the day. I get up earlier to make sure I get it in because otherwise it might not happen. If I have a chance, I'll add something in the evening.
