The winter temps & snow have arrived in NH . . . Spin Class, Running (Treadmill) or Swimming for the next few months.
Dec. 1st: Ran a 5k (3.1 miles) - Santa Claus Shuffle
Dec. 5th: 17 miles (*Spin Class*)
Dec. 7th: 17 Miles (*Spin Class*)
Dec. 10th: 15 miles (*Spin Class*)
Total so far = 52.1 miles (*Goal for December = 120 miles)
*I went skiing on 12/08 for about 2 hours and burned approx 925 calories - Not sure how to track, but I was moving my *kitten* :-)0 -

we were in disney world this weekend so i have no "measurable" miles to log but holy shizat did we walk a lot over the last 2 days....saturday we got to magic kingdom at 130 and got back to our hotel and were in our beds at 115....and sunday we got to hollywood studios at 1130 and were driving out of the park headed home at about 10pm...so i got some walking in LOL....today will be a day of rest and tomorrow i will do my long run (5miles) from sunday in order to stay on track with my 1/2 training schedule....it's all good nice to see we are being so active the first 9-10 days of december...nice work *kitten* movers....0

Ticker is still down! Did 5.34 on the eliptical yesterday and just finished another 5.34 on the eliptical tonight! That puts me at 33.14 miles for the month. One third the miles at one third the month. Seems like I am on track!0
