Energy expenditure can go up to about 400% of basal rate when shivering. So much so that great effort is taken in operating rooms to prevent hypothermia and shivering. I think a good WAG would be about 200% of your basal energy expenditure for those 4 hours.

What steps do you have to go through to have all that syncing? Do you have to manually sync to digifit? Or fitbit? or Myfitnesspal? Or does everything happen automatically wirelessly? Thanks.
