I know how you feel I have been on the weight loss wagon on and off since high school. I lost then gained but now I'm serious and I log in everyday and exercise everyday. You can do it we all have bad days but all that matters is to keep going no matter how long it takes

I understand I am almost at 20 lbs and some pple notice others don't. I'm trying to lose another 58 I'm scared I won't get past 192 when i do bc a few yrs ago I quit when got to that, but not quitting anymore. You can do it we all can do it :D

I hear you I started at 225 and I am currently at 208 I want to be 150. You can do it I do gym 3 times a week and walk rest of week. I love mfp it's been a big help w the diet :)

Hi don't be embarrassed I was scared at first but bc of size and machines. You can do it I love it now I use mainly ellipitical bike and treadmill. Take your time and do what makes you comfortable

I hear you I used to snack often at night or in general but I personally don't snack at night I just remember how far I've come and that helps.

I hear you I do 1600 calories a day because personally 1200-1400 is too low and unrealistic for me. I let myself eat a little junk like a mini bag of chips sometimes. I too love diet soda but now I drink crystal light and I notice I'm not as thirsty as when I used to drink diet soda. I drink diet soda maybe once a week if that and it's like 2 cups. I weigh once a week on sun mornings I sometimes weigh twice a week but try to limit once a week. Weight flunculates thru out the day so don't worry too much it will be OK
