Hi all since I wrote this I down from 225 to 187 I want to still be 140-150. It's been hard and still is but I'm not giving up I walk all the time now too. I just need to continue w gym but I will get there. I'm grateful for mfp I want this to be a life lofelong process

Hi all I want to be 180 by months end bc I'm going to try to finish the Jimmy fund walk. I started at 225 in may of this year I am currently 187 my goal weight is 140-150

I make sure I exercise every day even if it's just 30 min a day. I feel guilty if I don't work out I walk every day and I go to gym my fave machines are the elliptical and bike.

I don't really eat my exercise calories and if I do it's only like 30% I like that I stayed under my calorie goal which I made for 1700 bc 1200-1500 for me is not enough. I walk alot and do gym 1-3 times a week. Do what is best for you and keep up the good work. Feel free to add me

Oh I know the feeling I used to snack at night. Its hard but I keep reminding myself how much better I look and feel since i dont anymore you can do it feel free to add me :)

I try to eat around the same time and trust me before the diet I ate huge portions and snacked alot. I found limiting my diet soda intake helped alot and I don't allow myself any snacking after 8 but sometimes I have to eat dinner a bit later if working late. When I get frustrated I remember how much better I look and feel…

Well I wanted to update since restarting this I've dropped 23 lbs and I feel much better and happier. I only have 52 more lbs to go I can do it :) I do appreciate the tough love at times I needed it to start but I'm not going back to being fat once I get to goal bc I can't I need to look forward.

No you're partially right I am polite when I tell the server like I said no cheese on my salad so he said do you have a food allergy I was no just not a cheese fan.
