I need some friends and motivation

Hi all I've been on mfp for years on and off but I keep sliding off gaining and losing roughy the same 20 lbs. Ultimately I want to be around 150 I'm 192 currently. If you need help too add me ๐Ÿ™‚

    Looks like we have the same goal. I'm at 195 and going for 150, maybe 145.

    Hello!
    I'm 24, M(5'11). A few days ago I was diagnosed with slip disc and a minor fracture in one of the discs in my spinal cord. I weigh 110kgs(242lbs). Need to lose 30kgs(66lbs).

    I was into sports and have used this app frequently in the past, but recently lost track of everything in my life and landed up here. LOL.
    Anyways, all negativity aside, you can add me if you want. All of us can help all of us haha.
