  • One of my biggest goals of this challenge was to be able to run a 5k without walking or stopping... I was able to accomplish that today as I ran it in just about 34mins! I also got very close to my weight loss goal. Only 2lbs shy but I will continue to work toward this for the next challenge:-)

  • I had tomatoes in many forms this week. Cherry tomatoes on salad, tomato sauce on veggie pizza tomatoes in a blt wrap (turkey bacon). I also use Italian herbs in everything! I'm growing some basil now too

  • @ka97 amazing!! Everyone is doing so awesome. I will try to get as much as I can done this week however I came down with a stomach bug and feel like absolute crap.
  • My goal is mostly aimed at the weekend. That is to log on the weekend no matter what I eat. I tend to avoid doing that as the weekends are when I eat the worse.

  • I used curry tonight in my dinner. I rarely use salt anyway. I made a pork and veggie stir fry with many different seasoning but mostly consisted of curry and cumin and it was delicious
