Been on keto for less than a month and lost 29 lbs. Love what I eat and am never hungry. I stay with the calories that are set in MFP. Track my macros in MFP ( very helpful ).I find Intermittent fasting works well for me. You can add me if you like.

I have had three. The first one worked great but it got run over by a lawnmower. The second one ( fitbit one ) did all its tracking fine but stopped syncing with myfitnesspal. I also am not new to dieting and am trying MFP again. When I went off the diet wagon it was ice cream, pizza and vodka. No red wine for me. Miss the vodka though.:drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

My doctor told me to cut down to 1 cup of decaf a day. I told him no. I did cut down to 3 to 6 cups a day and an espresso. ESPRESSO!!! Good idea I think I will have one now.
