Honestly don't worry about "bulking up". Women generally don't become bulky without steroids. You need muscle to burn fat. Unless your an olympic competitor who does serious training all the time dont worry about bulkiness.

Haha yeah... Insanity will kick your *kitten*.. Though as i move into week 3 i am enjoying it more and more.. Call me crazy, but on Sunday i feel like i don't know what to do with myself lol -_-

Haha, well i mute Jillian just cause after a while she repeats herself and it gets annoying, but i replace her with a playlist i made. Also I'm combining 6 week six pack abs with 30DS but only on days i feel like i need to push a bit harder.
