good goals!! im trying to eat more raw foods. and im trying juicing too, i watched a documentary about how we should be eating 50% of our food raw (fruits and veggies) for optimal nutrition.

by the way, juicing is so time consuming! no way i can do it everyday!! so maybe every other day>>> i store them for 2 days at a time. how are you doing it??

thats great that u can complete a workout and the pain means ur doing it correctly too!! take some advil and stretch out with basic yoga moves. i have the ripped in 30 dvds>>> they r hard workouts!! good job!

try the light english muffin and almond or peanut butter... its just enough and less than 300 calories

i know what you mean, if you are heavier it will take some time till people notice, usually about 20-30lbs... think about it this way, when i gained 20lbs nobody noticed and i was squeezing into my clothes so just give it time! Great job though, 16lbs is an amazing loss so far. keep tracking :) <3 mfp!
