I forgot about last week. :( It's sad that this died off, but at least a few of us are posting our weigh-ins. But anyway, good job, guys! You had great results! Here are mine: Starting Weight: 165 pounds Goal Weight: 157 pounds June 1st Weight: 157.4 pounds... so close! Did you make the 5lb goal? YES! Did you have a…

Honestly, I WISH they hadn't said anything. I have a lot of self-esteem issues left over from high school because my dad would say things like "You'd be so pretty if you just lost weight."

While I'd love to eat nothing but healthy food, I'd lose my mind if I didn't eat some junk. I don't eat junk every day, but it's at least two or three days a week. Last week I had chocolate ice cream. Yesterday I had cake and orange pop.

Age: 25 Height: 5' 6" Highest: 195+, possibly more my freshman year of college. But 195 as of last August Current Weight: 159.8 (Yeah, I should say 160, but I was ecstatic to see myself in the 150s this morning!) Lowest: Between 140 and 145 (about three years ago) Goal Weight: 135

I have to weigh myself every day to keep myself accountable. It's the first thing I do in the morning. If it fluctuates by a couple pounds, I don't really think much of it (unless I've hit a plateau, in which case it frustrates me to no end.) When I stop weighing myself, I start packing on the pounds. I make excuses like…

I think this plagues a lot of us, and it's so unfortunate. I've lost 35 pounds in the past nine months, and I'm only about five pounds away from a normal BMI. But I still see the 195 pound person I was nine months ago. My old clothes are laughably big on me. The tape measure tells me I've lost inches. Someone needs to take…

Bibimbap - a Korean rice dish. I ate a huge bowl of it a couple weeks ago. Seriously, it's like crack for me. I have no idea why I love it so much.

I probably should... but I don't. I'm a sugar fiend. It's a problem. But really, if I eat a banana with peanut butter for breakfast, my sugar is basically shot for the whole day. Maybe I have a self-control problem (I wouldn't need MFP if I didn't, lol), but I don't like to limit myself to one freaking banana.

Wow! Great job! You're almost there! I'm still doing it! I hope others are, too... Starting weight for this challenge: 165 Current weight: 160.4 Goal weight for this challenge: 157 Pounds to go: 3.4

Good idea! Starting weight for this challenge: 165 Current weight: 162 Goal weight for 1 June: 157 I've only lost three pounds so far, and I'm really not sure if I'm gonna lose the eight that I want to. But that's okay. Any loss is good!

If you're in great shape, it's definitely possible. I burn about 500 in a 50 minute cardio workout. Of course, I'm not in great shape, so if I tried to do another 50 minutes I'd probably pass out. :P

Name: Christie Age: 25 Height 5'6" Starting Weight: 195, but I didn't start using MFP until 176 Current Weight: 165 Goal Weight: 135 Goal for 1 June: 8 lbs A bit about myself: I gained a lot of weight in late 2011/early 2012. Three years ago I weighed about 150 pounds, and I would love to see the 150s before June. I'm…

Do you have any pictures of yourself from before you started dieting and exercising? It really helps to have a visual comparison. Sometimes we don't notice all the physical changes in our bodies because... well, we look at ourselves in the mirror every day. While doing the 30 Day Shred I only lost a few pounds, but inches…

This is going to sound really weird and backward, but I go onto Pinterest and look at pictures of food. Cakes, cheese dips, cookies, bacon appetizers... you name it. I live in a remote city in China where I can't even get most of the ingredients to make the food I crave. Looking at pictures of it makes me think "Okay, when…

My situation was a little different. When I was in college, I lived with my family for a bit to save money for an apartment. During that eight month period I lost about 40 pounds through strict dieting. I never felt like they were trying to sabotage me, though. It was more that they were living their lives without any…

I have my starting weight on MFP set at 176, but that's not completely accurate. That's just when I started using MFP again. In August I was at 195 (I'm 5' 6"), an all-time high for me. I moved to China to teach English, and my diet changed drastically. From a combination of better food and a very unfortunate stomach…

Wow. If I ate like that every day, I'd go insane! There's nothing wrong with wanting to be a vegan or eat all-natural foods, but it's usually something people work themselves into, not change overnight. The few people I know who've tried doing it that way lost motivation early on. And my BMR is about 1550... If I consumed…

Until I got to about D3L3, my endurance was like a roller coaster. On D5L1, I felt amazing. On D6L1, I thought I was gonna die. D4L2 may have been somewhat easy, but D5L2 would feel impossible. I have no idea why. Maybe I'd eaten better on the days when it was easier. Maybe I got more sleep. Who knows? My endurance really…

I sprained my foot yesterday from overdoing plyometrics, and I was really disappointed that I couldn't do my regular workout today. I used this video to get some ideas: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIp65nkJLRU It's basically an upper body cardio workout that you can do in bed. I hope you have a fast recovery!

I just finished it last week. It's really hard at first (and when you switch into Level 2,) but I found that once I got to level three it was a cakewalk. I started doubling it up with Banish Fat Boost Metabolism every other day. It upped my endurance a ton, which is saying a lot, considering I hadn't worked out in over a…

The 30DS is amazing. I finished Level 2 Day 6 today, so I'm more than halfway through! I feel amazing. It doesn't feel like enough anymore, so I mix it up with some of Jillian's other exercises. Today I tried Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and I actually made it through. Sixteen days ago, that would've been impossible!…
