i feel your pain :) i usually wear 2 sports bras and a compression tank ( sometime the tank even has a shelf bra!) I am hesitant to invest in a $50+ sports bra because I am in the process of loosing weight and when i wear all that I do have very little movement .

I have found that exercise helps me in so many ways building muscle, lifting my mood, burning calories . I feel like its a good circle the opposite of being depressed, wanting to eat feeling bad & gaining weight

wow you've over come soo much . That must have been so difficult . I found my first few years very difficult and felt that most people didn't understand the severity of the disease I'm glad your doing better

thanks for the reply it has been a very difficult journey. Most people have no idea what it is and how much it effects your body. I am so fortunate that i found a great gym to help me and I feel soo much better and I know by the end of this year I will be even stronger :)

I feel the same way but I try to still track my foods an try to balance I'll have a low calorie lunch ( chicken or turkey ~ not deli real chicken/turkey~ with just veggies, ) so I can have something yummy later to satisfy my cravings I also drink a ton of water.
