Hi I was diagnosed with PCO as well I definitely think the lo carb works but for me its very hard I love my carbs & Hi intensity interval Training my periods were regulated doing both of these I think after I lost 10 lbs or so my periods were every 65- 90 days now 30-33 days! I'll add you :)

I just can't seem to eat low carbs lately I know i do so much better when I do but I just crave carbs so much how do you guys eat so few !?!?

sound like your just using that muscle and its tight . Do you have a rolling pin ? if you do try taking it while your shin muscle is relaxed & roll over it it will hurt but it should help

I can see that working I just think the crappier carbs have a worser effect like white bread potatoes junk food ( pretzels, cookies..)

I just pluck it it is so annoying I have a strong magnifying mirror to make sure I get everything and just do it every few days....its a pain ( just get it on my chin )

I do agree with the low carb high protein like Dragonwolf suggests I find it so had to do I can only do it so long then I feel like I will go carb crazy but doing that is what got me to loose the 44 lbs that i lost along with circuit training with kettle bells but now I have been stuck for months I got a heart rate monitor…

do you live near some where that has a lot of stairs like a stadium or at least somewhere you can keep walking up & down them it burns a lot of cals & is good to mix it up a bit

I usually just put olive oil then mix up rosemary, sage ,thyme a little salt, pepper ( can add garlic & onion too ) then rub on chicken

I would start with a couple of things like increase how much water you drink , try to reduce processed foods and a few nights a week try to add 2 vegetables at night with your diner instead of rice or potato.
