Had a great session with my trainer today, and on my last circuit did all 12 of the burpees with push-ups even though she was going to let me stop at 10.

very cute video. (Even makes me forget how much I don't like rodents.) Careful on eating TOO much cheese. It can 'stop you up'. :-) But, I love me some good cheese everyday, too.
