Success stories say it went smoothly with em.. but most of us have some successes and some setbacks.. I went down from 275 to 210 lbs and I almost gain back 3 or 4 of every 10 pounds I lose :D The secret is to always get back at it.. once and once more..feel free to add me and good luck with your goals :)

A little background: I am the guy who eats whatever he sees :D Whenever I am in a food place with my buddies if anyone wont eat anything of his/her meal.. just gives it to me, I always want more.. Failure is merely a matter of perspective. If I stick to my food plan for only 4 days a week, does that count as a failure? hell no! The old me would have been stuffing his face all 7 days long like crazy, so 4 days is a victory! Just needs more work on it to make it to seven :)

I'm in the exact same boat with you right now, revising for my exams.. I found out that having a full bottle of water at my side while studying really helps. Every now and then I pour myself a glass and sip on it. It keeps my mouth occupied with something while I study...
