  • Hang in there.. Don't undo what work you have already put in.. Are you maintaining calories.. If you go too low, you will stall out. Have you checked out the Jorge Curize, Belly Fat Cure.. It's so easy to follow and you never feel deprived... It's not a diet anymore.. Just rethinking sugars and carbs.. No calorie counting…
  • Check out the Jorge Cruize web site and go to youtube and pull him up.. Just awesome.. Especially for those of us not so fond of veggies.... He has several recipes on you tube. I also just googled jorge cruize chicken and found a few really nice recipes...
  • Figured out how to program myfitnesspal to accommodate the Low Carb plan.. Yeah.. I need a buddy to do this with.
  • I am trying to do the Jorge Cruize plan, but how do you know what the sugars are.. My fitness pal does not have a categories for sugar.. Is there a way to add that category? I really think this will work. Great food and you can have pizza, tacos, etc...
