I haven't really made a food plan for Thanksgiving yet, it will mostly depend on if we make it to our hometown or if it is just my husband and I. I will have my pumpkin pie and have no guilt about it, but as far as everything else....for that day I'll allow myself to eat whatever I want, just in moderation.

Yummy! I love the full fat version of the salad, so I'll be trying this one. I love truvia, so much better for you than Splenda.

Feel free to add me :)

Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home dvds are fantastic! They give you a good workout, but they can be done at any weight :)

I'm not exactly in the range, but I am trying to go from 216-130, so close! I would be in, I need someone to be accountable with!

1 cup cooked is very close to 2 oz dry. You didn't eat half a days calories I'm sure :)

I agree homemade salsa is always great. If you want something sweet, look for no pudge brownies and make them with pumpkin or yogurt, can't taste the difference, they are delicious! Also fresh veggies and hummus are easy to take along with you.
