Hi, thank you so much for the advice and encouragement. I did try intermittent fasting a couple of months ago and although it did work, I felt like it wasnt for me. I did 8:16 version

I aboslutley agree with this statement. Especially about the heart rate monitor. I work out with it all the time and I have some for time now. That is the most accurate way to find out exactly how much you've burned. The elliptical at my gym is always off by 50-150 calories at the times.
