Its certainly healthier to try and eat back at least half of your exercise calories. You might find that your weight loss will slow in any case. I think its safe to say, that if you have any significant investment in itunes, then you will eventually end up with an iphone. For me, the fact that it had an ipod inside makes it a winner. MFP app is of course a bonus. I really hope they develop your app soon. The guys here seem to be pretty good.

I would go the IPOD touch, if you like to have music while you run. I could totally justify a yummy healthy bar at 155 calories... Its sometimes hard to fit them in and still be below calories, but thats where the exercise comes in. If I've eaten everything healthy all day... I'll have whatever I want to eat to use up my exercise calories... Would probably draw the line at pecan pie…

I tried WW too and it worked for a time. When it comes down to it, its still you that has to do the exercise and food planning and tracking etc. No-one can do it for you and I get better support here than at WW.

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is a great book! I think it must work. Has anyone ever noticed that sometimes after a high calorie day - either by accident or design, that sometimes you then drop a couple of lbs shortly after... its strange.

Australians!!! I'm excited to find you! I'm from Brisbane. I've switch my scale to pounds and just measure in that.... the numbers are bigger!! When I've lost a few more I'm going to turn it back to kgs to surprise myself. Crazy heh?

Go to the gym and see how you feel when you get there. If its really not working for you then just bail out and go home. This is also what I do when I just plain dont feel like going.
