Congrats on the weight loss! As far as feeling lightheaded, try eating a somewhat bigger breakfast. Especially if you will be working out before lunch. Or try to get in a snack before your workout or activity.

Couch to 5K is great. The right running shoes are a big factor. Also, you will need to learn how to breathe while running. This took me a while.
