There is a great group here. Search the groups part of the forum for LC Daily Forum. Great info there.

Been there, done that, lost a lot of weight. Stopped using it, gained it all back. I will say, the vitamin/nutrient portion of the products is great. I had the best checkup (full panel, nutients, hormones, cholesterol, etc.) of my adult life while using that product. But, it was expensive. I don't use it now, mainly…

There are also a few good ones on FB. Lots of low carb recipes there.

2nd session of day 3 done. This is hard. Calling all July squat challengers! Share some words of encouragement for all of us. Did you get a nice booty? Lose some inches/pounds? Drop a pants size? Help!
-
Oh jeez. Gonna' have to break this up into 3 sessions today. 1 down, 2 to go. Feel the burn!!

Day 2-Done.

Your choice. I knocked out day 1 in one session, but not sure I will be able to continue that.

Mine goes: Produce, bakery and bread, meat (fresh and processed), cheese, deli counter, soda, dairy cases. What I would miss out on that I and my family use: baking ingredients like almond flour and vanilla, seasonings, canned veggies and pickles, frozen veggies, cooking oils, ice cream, cereal/oatmeal, potato chips . . . .

Oh, jennyvalentine4, I am also very sedentary. It seems like you might be more active than me, which would account for the additional calories you can eat. I am just starting to exercise, literally, just yesterday I started.

Whoa. They said "no offense" because tone does not convey well in strictly textual form. There is no real way to "say it gently" with text. But, I was thinking the same thing. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you mentioned 7 different slip ups in a month, nearly twice a week. That's kind of a lot. In fact, I personally notice…

Day 1, All measurements taken, and squats and crunches complete! Not bad. Let's see how sore we are tomorrow!
-
Yes, I was about to suggest this very thing. I am no longer allowed to run due to neck problems with compressed vertebrae. But, I was thinking of doing the walk/speed walk thing myself to build up my speed and still get some calorie burning exercise.

WOW! Amazing work Divas, and congrats to all participants! Let's go again!

Here is a screen shot of my trendweight account. Ok, so you can see my actual weigh ins in one column and my trend weight in the other. So, even though my actual weight today was the same as a couple of weeks ago, you can see that my overall trend is down from two weeks ago. I find it helpful.

I use a web site called trendweight.com. There are no bells and whistles per se. It syncs through my Fitbit account, which is linked to MFP. So I plug in my daily weight here, and it shows up there. If I had a newer phone, my scale would Bluetooth the weight for me. Anyway, it helps me see the overall trend and not stress…

Yes, or sodium fluoride. Pull up the MSDS for that kitten. What better way to get rid of hazardous waste than convincing people it's good for them and selling it to water treatment facilities?

I used to make a smoothie with baby spinach and kale, but it also had blueberries, half a banana, walnuts, and vanilla protein powder. It was delicious. I can't imagine having just the leaves. I am on a low carb WOE now, so I couldn't probably do the banana nowadays if I made one.

I learn things I wouldn't have even known to web search. For example, maintenance break . . . I didn't even know that was a thing until yesterday when I saw it on a forum post. But, I suspect it, a maintenance break, would have been very helpful to me a couple years ago when I hit that 6 month plateau. I also find group…

This. Any "help" you try to give them, even if it seems they are indirectly asking for it, will be seen as you being a fanatic. As for the negative, maybe just say "I used to feel that way too." And let it go at that. Friends who really want to know what they should do differently will ask directly, and maybe the negative…

Salmon and broccoli, steak and steamed veggies, fajita salad without the bowl, bunless burger with cheese, grilled chicken, etc.

Avocado. It's my answer to everything. It has lots of healthy and satisfying fat and fiber. I like it with lemon or lime juice and salt and pepper.
