  • I just started P90X yesterday and I love (and hate) it already!!! My goals are to lose and keep off 4-6 pounds and to TONE! Looking forward to the results... hoping this hard work pays off.
  • Hi, everyone! How are you adding/calculating Bikram? I noticed that they don't have to listed as an exercise you can select, although, I do think it should be!
