It is mainly for my husband. I don't really like taking them I have in past. I tried telling him that it's not good to put that in your body.

I know its like this nutrition pack that gives you the calories to keep going. I have had a few people tell me about them.

I am looking for people to run with. I have also heard about the Goo for when I get into the longer runs. Does anyone use a Camelbak when running? I drink a lot of water and I am not sure what is the best way to make sure I stay hydrated on the longer runs.

I am going on month 4 right now. I eat really healthy and have been working out more. In the last week I gained 5 lbs. There is no way I am eating more. So that is why I am so worried. I dont need to gain weight!!

Thanks for the tips on the calories!! Yes I actually have 2 boxers. One male and one female, Baxter and Bella. They are amazing!! I don't know what I would do with out them
