I bought the Biggest Loser Power walk DVD on half.com for $4.00 (included shipping). There are 4 walks but I'm only on the 1st one which lasts 16 minutes and walks you a mile. I do this in my bedroom 3 x's and week. There are "fatties" on the video which helps motivate me a lot! LOL:laugh:
