My January goal was 190lbs. I'm down to 191.6lbs. I didn't meet my goal, but I got pretty darn close! My goal for February is still 185lbs.

I stayed the same, unfortunately. But I'm not trying to rush my weightloss because I'm EBF. So, I'm still proud of the progress that I have made so far. Starting in May, I'll be working out hard!

I'm a little disappointed because I only lost 0.6lbs. I thought I would have lost more. But if slow progress is all I can get right now, I'll take it because it's better than none. Especially since I'm not working out a lot and I'm not dieting, just counting calories.
