Love this! I try to live by this and it's so true; even for weight loss. If you dont have stress, you dont emotionally eat! Meditation helps so much with this saying :)

I lost over 30 pounds doing this; it was a slow weight loss but so worth it. I think it gets easier and easier, and once you figure out low calorie foods are healthy, you become healthier. feel free to friend me :)

I do zumba 2-3x a week, but I also run, circuit train, and spin. I also eat healthy

I am not sure what you mean? My TDEE is 2210, 20% is 442. So I should be eating 1768 calories? I wasn't eating that before I lost the 26 pounds

I love zumba! However I have relied just on that for exercise in the past without weights and I dont feel that it changes your body after a while. i have been doing it since 08, but i think you need to find high intensity instructors that switch it up and take other classes at your gym as well :)

Today I did close to 30 minutes strength training but when i logged it in it says i didnt burn calories? Is this possible?
