I have an IUD and I am having the same problem! I am going to give it another month to see if it straightens out before I see the OB/GYN.

I switched to the e-cig about a month ago. Most days i don't use it. If I am out drinking with smokers I have it if I need it.

My boyfriend knows and my parents know I am trying to be healthier. My other friends either don't get it or don't care so, I don't tell them. My boyfriend has been great. He keeps making sure that I am doing it for me and not for him. He is a little thrown by planning meals a few days ahead but, he will adjust!

I totally relate to the "over watching"! Trying to plan meals with my boyfriend has been interesting. I try to plan 2 or 3 days ahead and he just looks at me funny!
