I agree, but when I clean, I do it and sweat. Why not get credit somewhere, I sure as heck don't get it at home (ha)!

Try Melatonin, over the counter herb. Take one 1/2 hour before bed, should do the trick! No hangover feeling in the morning and NOT addictive.

Firstly, tan looks great! also, I agree with everyone, deffinately more tone and definition. You may be at a great weight number, just keep up the exercise, good for the heart!!

According to your height, your weight is not totally wrong. My s-i-l is 5'9 and 120lbs and looks sickly. I'm not saying your too thin, but you don't want to be unhealthy in that regard either. Well, I'm 41, have a 12, 10 & 8 yr old. Have been "watching my weight since I'm in my twenties. Always stayed level until the last year, that is scary! Pounds come from nowhere, I could always use a friend to face this battle with!!

Size 2! HA! I think I would roll over and do tricks for a size 12! I am 5'7 and now at 227, between womens 16 & reg 18. My weight is distributed evenly, and when people find out my weight they can't believe it. So, anything below a 14 is time to light off fireworks!!

Its sad, but I think about all the events I don't have with any of "me" in the pictures. I'm always the one with the camera, so years from now when my kids look at them, they won't even know I was there! I am sick & tired of missing out on life because of my weight, NO MORE!

hI, THIS IS ALMOST THE END OF MY FIRST WEEK AND i REALLY LIKE IT, I have about 50-60 lbs I would like to lose. I have had a "dieting" mind my whole life, never had a problem staying where I was at, but not much luck going any lower. I'd love as many friends as I can get to help me make this work - I hate doing it alone!!

I feel the same way! I would LOVE to have someone standing over me saying, "don't eat that", "do you really need that cake?" or "you should exercise for a bit". All I need is to hear these words from someone other than me, and its like majic!! You can friend me if you'd like, I love the support too ;)

I find a bkfst that has alot of the food groups work the best. Maybe flat bread (100cal), egg whites (32cal) or real egg (70), slice of low fat cheese (90cal), or turkey sausage patty (90cal) to make a sandwich. Add a glass of skim milk too (80cal).
