B) You can add me, I'm 45, want to loose about 40, have been at the same weight for about 15 years now. Here's to helping each other!!
-
Have lost 5 lbs. so far. Its a start and I am glad, but have no motivation to exercise. SOmedays it takes all my energy to just get through the day with being a mom of 3. I'll keep on chuggin', one day at a time!!
-
Its just one of those days, accept and start fresh tomorrow, no worries ;)
-
Not to be ignorant, but does it really matter what someone's sexual preference is when trying to lose weight? I'm sure you can get as much support from anyone man/woman, gay/straight, mobile/handicapped. Just a thought.
-
I also like both, even tried a bqacon/pb sandwich on a dare, now THAT was gross ;)
-
Its so great to reach the end of a number!!! Keep it up!
-
We all have bad days - just don't let it become a bad week or bad month. Pick yourself up by the bootstraps and march onward!
-
The change is amazing! Keep up the hard work, its paying off!

This nwas a trick I learned a few years back: Take nilla wafers, top with coolwhip, put in freezer until firm. Coolwhip is cold and almost ice cream texture! Plus, now that coolwhip comes in other flavors, it gives a variety!

What about adding some healthy fats to your daily intake? Like nuts & nut spreads, some olive oil etc. This can add more calories without too much more food wise!
-
- muffin top - whale tail - and my personal favorite, camel toe or moose knuckle blah!!!
-
push-ups, squats w/side leg lift. arm weights, jumping jacks, jump rope, planks. enjoy.
-
sugar free jello w/fat free cool whip - go to town!! or raw carrots/celery sticks with 1-2 tbsp. of diet dressing ;)

First, relax. Slow and steady. You can only control what is right in front of you at the moment. So, face each meal as you have it, count your calories, and maybe take your dog for a walk. Try to hang out with people who are like minded, and don't be hard on yourself.

I have been doing mine in the oven. layer cooking sheet with foil, spray non-stick on foil, lay chicken down & season. Cook at 350 oven, check in 20-25 min. The easiest and best way to check for "doneness" is to use meat thermometer. Chicken comes out juicy everytime!

One of my girlfriends was extremely large, she had the surgery and would do it all over again, even the painful parts!
-
Feel free to add me as a friend. This my second week and I love it. Very simply put, count your calories and exercise!!
-
I think anything in life that does not let you enjoy "a little bit of everything" can't be all that great for you. I don't see how anything so restrictive can help in the long run. Keep word: moderation
-
Between 150-160 I suppose
-
If you have to, plan your meals & cook them so you are ready for the entire weekend! I have a similar roadblock. We go to my m-i-ls for dinner Sundays, she is "old school" and does not believe in healthy anything. I will eat the main eentree or meat, and bring my own HUGE salad!!
-
HOT DAMN!!! The look of joy & happiness of your face says it all! God Bless!!
-
