Hey! Finally started using MFP consistently. Looking for people to add. 28 - male - looking to lose 10 more pounds and start building some more muscle. Becoming a dad in August!

I typically use water. Every now and then I will use milk. Not really a big difference. More recently I have been doing half coffee half water, with the normal amount of protein (chocolate). It adds that little extra kick and tastes really good!
